Do you have a favorite photograph, taken in the Park, you might like to donate to the Friends? We need pictures to help tell the Park's story, from "beauty shots" to photos that show areas where trails need help, or other issues the Friends might help address. As part of any volunteer work I may choose to provide to the Friends of South Cumberland State Park, Inc., whether in the Park, or at other locations, including transit to and from activity areas, and the activities themselves (hereafter, collectively, "the activity”), I hereby understand and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Friends of South Cumberland State Park, Inc. (hereafter "the Friends”) and the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (hereafter “TDEC”), their agents and assigns from any liability which may result from my injuring myself or others, or being injured while participating in this event. I further understand that photography and/or video may be recorded at this event by the Friends and/or TDEC for their use in documenting this event and/or promoting this event in the future, and therefore I agree that the Friends and/or TDEC may use my likeness for such purposes, without other limitations, and without compensation for such use.
